Shield Analysis Technology, LLC Awarded $3.9M Contract for USAMRDC Chief of Staff and Plans Analysis &
Evaluation Office Support Services

(MANASSAS, VA, July 29, 2019) Shield Analysis Technology, LLC has secured a recompete award to provide scientific, technical, administrative and executive consulting support services to the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command’s (USAMRDC) Chief of Staff and Plans, Analysis & Evaluation (PPA&E) Offices. This recompete award has a potential four-year, $3.9 million value.

Partnered with Allied Technology, LLC of Frederick, MD, Shield will provide congressional and scientific advisory support; biomedical research program advisory support; subject matter expert support; and Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) support services across Army and Defense Health Program equities. USAMRDC has the mission to both responsively and responsibly shape and protect the military medical investment for the development and delivery of healthcare solutions. This contract is a recompete award that commenced on August 1, 2022. The USAMRDC may exercise up to three option years to extend the work to 2026.

Based in Manassas, Virginia, Shield has provided Department of Defense clients with strategic planning, strategic communications, data analysis, program management, intelligence analysis, research and assessment services since 2007.
